Lumen - Uma viagem pela vida

[PT-BR]   O jogo é uma experiência narrativa em realidade virtual que leva o jogador a vivenciar o processo do luto pela perda de seu cachorro. Através da mudança de cores, ambientação e interações sutis, o jogador passa pelas 5 fases do luto (negação, raiva, barganha, tristeza e aceitação), completando tarefas emocionais para progredir. O objetivo do jogo, além da reflexão sobre a vida, é trazer esperança e uma nova visão sobre o processo do luto.

A experiência acompanha a jornada silenciosa de uma alma que perdeu algo essencial em sua e precisa reconstruir seu caminho. O jogador perde o seu grande companheiro que alegrava os seus dias e agora sente um vazio que se reflete no mundo ao redor. Cada cenário representa um estado emocional profundo (negação, raiva, barganha, tristeza e aceitação) e se transforma conforme a interação do jogador.

O jogador nunca percebeu o quão vibrante era o mundo anteriormente, até este momento, e agora não consegue enxergar vida ao seu redor. Mas conforme o jogador avança, pequenas ações trazem mudanças sutis que o ajudam a passar pelas fases do luto.

[EN]   The game is a narrative experience in virtual reality that takes the player through the process of grieving the loss of their dog. Through changes in color, environment, and subtle interactions, the player goes through the five stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, and acceptance), completing emotional tasks to progress. The goal of the game, beyond reflecting on life, is to bring hope and a new perspective on the grieving process. 

The experience follows the silent journey of a soul that has lost something essential in its life and needs to rebuild its path. The player loses their beloved companion who used to brighten their days and now feels an emptiness that reflects in the world around them. Each scene represents a deep emotional state (denial, anger, bargaining, sadness, and acceptance) and transforms based on the player's interaction. 

The player never realized how vibrant the world once was until this moment, and now they can't see any life around them. But as the player advances, small actions bring subtle changes that help them move through the stages of grief.
